Please take the time to fill it out when you arrive as I don't want to spend time pulling people off the courts to fill out the form.</li><li>I will also be putting out a contribution jar asking everyone to put in $2 per person per visit. (This will not be monitored and will be on an honour system.) Please fill out the <a href="http://www.azbadminton.net/docs/azbcform.pdf">registration form</a> and bring it with you on Tuesday night along with the payment (cash only).<br /><br />Throughout the school sport season, the start time may be delayed until 7:30PM or a little later depending on the school teams' practices. <span style="font-weight:bold;color:red;">Please do not enter the gym until all players and coaches have exited the gym, and practice is clearly over.</span> We do not want to upset the school coaches and administrators, and lose our privileges.<br /><br />Parking is in the Southwest parking lot only. <span style="font-weight:bold;color:red;">Do not park in the Northeast parking lot (on 75th Avenue) or you will be locked in at the end of the night.</span> All players must respect the grounds and the facility in which they play.
